Modern technology is a marvel. It has changed the lives of millions of people and the way the world gets things done. However, to the individual, technology is meaningless if it isn't communicated well. I understand users, technology, language, and design, and I can communicate across different groups effectively. I pride myself on breaking psychological, semantic, and educational barriers to communication.

I've always found myself in the position of explaining things. I've taught children how to code, seniors how to avoid scams, and educators how to use technology in the classroom. I'm patient and meet my audiences where they are, whether they're beginners or experts. I can always find the words to help them understand.
