This excerpt from an employee handbook was written to deliver clear expectations and guidelines to assist employees with the end of shift processes and procedures. This showcases my ability to write in a specific tone and communicate steps clearly. I wrote on behalf of a company, chose my tone carefully, and abided by a style guide. I needed to pay close attention to the details of the document because it was intended to be used in an official training capacity. This project required a lot of research and first-hand knowledge of closing in a shift-work scenario.
